RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

52.	 When school principals were asked, ‘How effective are
     the adult education programs at addressing the learning
     needs of the community?’ the survey results show that
     37.25% considered them ‘Effective,’ 41.8% were ‘Neutral,’
     9.80% found them ‘Very effective,’ 7.84% considered them
     ‘Ineffective,’ and 3.92% said they were ‘Very ineffective,’
     indicating mixed perceptions about the effectiveness of
     these programs in meeting community needs (Figure 4.52).
