43. When school principals were asked, ‘Which of the following
could improve school management effectiveness?’ the
survey results show that 62.75% said ‘Enhanced training
for school administrators,’ 13.73% said ‘More frequent
and transparent communication with stakeholders,’ and
3.92% said ‘Better funding and resource allocation,’
highlighting the significant role of administrator training in
improving school management effectiveness (Figure 4.43).
