       29.	 When school principals and headmasters were asked, How
             effective are the new assessment methods in measuring
             students’ holistic development? 66.67% find the new
             assessment methods effective, 23.53% consider them very
             effective, and 9.08% are neutral. This indicates a generally
             positive view, with most seeing value in measuring students’
             holistic development, though some remain uncertain (Figure
             4.29) .
